Minimum requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical work experience and certifications A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, routing) Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and managing device deployment.
