Production Planner

A leading South African food manufacturer is seeking a Production Planner to manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. You will coordinate production lines, ensure material availability, track stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and liaise with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to meet orders on time. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential); Certificate/Diploma in Production or Supply Chain advantageous Proficient in Excel and Outlook ; ERP knowledge beneficial Understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, cold chain handling, and FMCG operations Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards advantageous Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure If you are detail-oriented and proactive, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
