Regional Financial Manager

Position: Regional Financial Manager Location: East London Type: Full-Time, Onsite Salary: Market Related (based on experience) Availability: Immediate or as soon as possible About the Company: Our client, a leading national Property Group, is seeking a Regional Financial Manager to oversee financial operations for their Eastern Cape portfolio. This role requires a hands-on financial leader with both strategic and operational expertise, ensuring effective control, reporting, and performance management across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Oversee regional financial and operational functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all property portfolios Analyse and report on financial performance and Capex projects Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions Prepare and review monthly management packs and stakeholder reports Maintain financial controls, accurate reporting, and asset oversight Collaborate with Asset Management and Central Finance to align regional objectives Support and develop regional finance teams and reporting structures Minimum Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5 years financial management experience, ideally within property or real estate sectors CA(SA) / CIMA qualification is advantageous Strong experience in budgeting, reporting, and multi-site financial operations Proficiency in MS Excel and MDA Property Management System (preferred) Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Valid drivers license and own transport Must reside in or near Beacon Bay, East London
