Job Description
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team ta rgets. Monitor daily sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance. Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base. Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Ensure team members follow company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and campaigns. Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion. Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field (advantageous) Minimum 23 years experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
