Warehouse Manager

A leading manufacturer in Montague Gardens, Cape Town is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock management. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accurate inventory control. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and best practices. Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Use inventory systems to track, analyse, and report on warehouse performance metrics. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in stock control and warehouse processes. Experience working with an inventory management system. Previous experience managing a team effectively. Proven track record of accuracy and reliability in handling stock. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
