We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and client engagement strategies. This is a 100% remote position, and you are expected to be available 8 AM 5 PM Pacific Time in the USA. This role begins with you leading all sales and marketing efforts directly, laying the foundation for a scalable and repeatable process. As the strategy proves successful, you will transition into building and managing a high-performing sales team to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with 10 years of experience, capable of independently driving strategy, execution, and results. Areas of Responsibility Team Management and Supervision Lead and manage the sales and marketing team Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews Monitor team productivity and ensure alignment with company goals Sales and Marketing Operations Manage CRM and marketing automation tools Develop and refine internal sales and marketing processes Analyze campaign performance and optimize workflows Client Relations and Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Oversee client communications and ensure consistent brand messaging Collaborate with other departments to align client experience with marketing efforts Strategy and Innovation Develop and execute strategic marketing plans Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance team performance Growth and Profitability Set and track sales targets and marketing KPIs Manage budgets and contribute to P&L decisions Drive initiatives that support company growth and market expansion Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels Experience managing budgets and performance metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Ability to coach and develop team members Qualities Desired Positive Attitude: Foster a collaborative and upbeat team culture Decisive: Make informed decisions quickly and confidently Driven: Thrive in fast-paced environments and overcome challenges Creative: Bring fresh ideas to campaigns and client engagement Fair: Lead with integrity and respect for all team members Efficient: Streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies Goal-Oriented: Set clear objectives and inspire the team to achieve them Motivator: Energize the team and maintain high morale Technical Skills Experience with tools such as: Lead capture and tracking platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) Marketing automation tools (e.g., Smartlead, Expandi) Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) Automation tools for marketing automation AI tools for sales scripts and analysis
