Process Engineer

Step into a rewarding role as a Process Engineer with a respected manufacturing team based in Gauteng! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving process efficiency and ensuring smooth plant operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing procurement and supplier negotiations to reduce costs and maintain optimal stock levels, implementing risk monitoring and compliance audits to strengthen supply chain resilience, and overseeing plant operations, quality assurance, and staff supervision. You will also play a key role in optimising raw material usage, and overall production performance. To be considered, you will need a recognised tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. This opportunity is also open to graduates or junior chemical engineering professionals who have completed an internship. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel, SOPs, and Mass Balance are essential for success in this role.
