Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers, selling products/services, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representatives must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently, with a team and have a passion for sales. Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products/services - Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services - Achieve sales targets and performance set by the company - Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities Requirements: - Grade 12 or equivalent - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role will be advantageous - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Good time management and organizational skills - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
