1. Job Summary: The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for representing and promoting our brand at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities. They will serve as the face of the company, engaging with customers and creating a positive image of the brand. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Responsibilities: 1. Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities 2. Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales 3. Educate customers about the brand, products, and services 4. Create a positive and memorable experience for customers 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies 6. Assist with product demonstrations and samplings 7. Collect and report feedback from customers 8. Always maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance 9. Adhere to brand guidelines and messaging 10. Travel to various locations as needed Qualifications: 1. Matric or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong presentation skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 7. Reliable transportation 8. Ability to lift and carry promotional materials 9. Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus
