Essential Criteria : Speak read and write Italian together with English Duties include, but not limited to: Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries Benefits: Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company) Location: Home based ( Training runs for a period of 11 Weeks, fully remote) Working hours: Monday Friday (07h00 - 19h00) 8 hours a day Salary: R190 000 CTC per annum additional monthly incentives up to R4000.00 per month.
