Job Purpose: To lead and grow the business development function within the hospitality sector, driving strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality service providers. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with hospitality clients. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align client needs with service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum 57 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality industry. Strong network of contacts in the hospitality sector. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
