Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations and conflicts Internal disciplinary matters Labour Law Compliance Union negotiations CCMA Matters Personal Profile: Communication skills (verbal; written and electronic) Strong leadership abilities Planning and problem solving, Analytical thinking Medical Fitness Records Grade 12 Relevant diploma will be an advantage Minimal of 5 Years relevant experience Wage Negotiations, Disciplinary Action, CCMA Valid drivers license Knowledge of MHSA Computer literacy (Excel Word etc).
