Safety Coordinator

One of our top mining clients in Limpopo is seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Coordinator. Experience Required: · Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with at least five 5 years in the hard rock trackless mining environment · Experience in managing Safety and Risk Control initiatives. · Experience on impact assessments of new legislation on companys policies and standard operating procedures. · Sound knowledge of accident investigation methodologies, safety and risk management processes, MHSA and other regulations. Requirements: · National Senior Certificate. · Degree/Diploma in Safety Management. · Relevant Section 26D/13 Trade Certificate. · COMSOC 1 to 3 / SAMTRAC. · Quality Assurance - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certificate. · Registered Safety Professional (advantageous).
