Lead Marketing Excellence for High-Growth Fintech Company Wykco operates innovative investment platforms serving institutional investors, family offices, and alternative asset managers globally. We're seeking a strategic Head of Marketing & Content to build our brand, drive lead generation, and create compelling content that establishes thought leadership across multiple investment verticals. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Platform Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across Wykco's diversified platform portfolio Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Produce high-quality educational content, whitepapers, case studies, and articles that position Wykco as industry expert Digital Marketing Excellence: Manage LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization to drive qualified lead generation Sales Enablement: Create professional presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral that directly support business development activities Compliance-Friendly Marketing: Develop content strategies that support reverse solicitation requirements and regulatory compliance in financial services Design & Creative Production: Design marketing materials, social media graphics, course content, and client-facing resources using professional design tools Performance Marketing: Track ROI, optimize campaigns, and measure marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue generation Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development and operations teams to create targeted content for specific deals and investor segments What Makes This Role Unique: Strategic Impact: Build marketing function from ground up with significant creative and strategic autonomy Diverse Content Portfolio: Create content spanning multiple investment strategies and market segments Global Audience: Market to sophisticated institutional investors and professional clients worldwide Revenue Impact: Direct contribution to deal closure through high-quality sales enablement materials Professional Growth: Exposure to cutting-edge fintech and alternative investment industry knowledge Essential Requirements: 3-5 years proven marketing experience with portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results Professional design skills with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and presentation software Content creation expertise including writing, video production, social media management, and educational content development B2B marketing experience preferably in financial services, professional services, or technology sectors Digital marketing proficiency including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Financial services marketing experience with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements Startup or high-growth company experience building marketing functions from early stages Video production and editing capabilities for educational content and webinars Marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) International marketing experience targeting diverse geographic markets Professional certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or design Personal Characteristics: Creative and strategic thinker who can balance artistic vision with business objectives Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and focus on measurable outcomes Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with commitment to brand consistency and quality excellence Collaborative mindset with ability to support cross-functional team objectives
