Job Description
Sales Administration Receive, process, and manage sales orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Ensure sales orders are correctly captured and invoiced in the accounting system. Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery, and invoicing. Maintain and update customer records and sales data. Finance Administration Handle accounts receivable (debtors) : issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate debtor records. Manage accounts payable (creditors) : process supplier invoices, verify supporting documentation, and prepare payment runs. Perform bank reconciliations , posting journal entries , and assist with month-end closing. Support general ledger maintenance and ensure transactions are recorded correctly General Support Maintain organized records of financial and sales documents. Provide administrative support to the finance and sales teams as required. Diploma or Degree 3 years or more experience in a similar role Detailed orientated
