Position: Junior Human Resource Administrator Industry: Forestry Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Human Resource Administrator to join our forestry company's HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the forestry industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. As a Junior HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and employee relations responsibilities. Position: Junior Human Resource Administrator Industry: Forestry Inherent Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Understanding of Forestry Industry: Knowledge of the forestry industry, including key players, regulations, and specific HR needs within this sector. HR Compliance: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations specific to the forestry industry, including safety compliance and environmental regulations. Recruitment and Onboarding: Experience in assisting with the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees within a forestry setting. Employee Relations: Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with employees, managers, and union representatives within a forestry environment. HR Administration: Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. Training and Development: Assisting in planning and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge related to forestry practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce in the forestry industry. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced forestry environment. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify HR issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions to address challenges within a forestry setting. Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment and support HR initiatives that align with the goals of the forestry organization.
