Large Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Industry is looking for a Reservations Administrator. Purpose of the Position · Administrator and maintaining of timeshare owners stock in various resorts Key Performance Areas · Accurate administration around inventory, exchanging and amendment of inventory. (Owner weeks) · Acknowledging & Actioning of Timeshare Owner instruction. · Placing of Owners weeks on Owner rent, Owner Let, Spacebank. · Allocation of RCI and other Club weeks guest. · Flexi Resorts Setting of owners fixed weeks · Ensure owner queries and problems are accurately and timeously resolved. · Ensuring stock on the system is accurate · Assist resorts when requiring maintenance weeks · Assist resorts with room moves and out of order. Competencies Required · Ability to work under pressure. · Sound Excel Knowledge (Spreadsheet and Formulas) · Organized, accurate and able to multitask. · Figure orientated and focused. · Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. · To meet deadlines set out by the department. · Decision making and problem solving. · Excellent written and verbal communication. · Must be bilingual. (English and Afrikaans) · Iris Knowledge and good reporting skills. · Dependable.
