SAP Payroll Control Centre (PCC) Consultant

Skills Required: Implement, configure, and maintain the SAP Payroll Control Centre. Design and optimize controlled payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll team. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for PCC-related issues. Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions. Ensure the payroll control environment meets audit and compliance requirements Additional Requirements: Technical Skills: Must have: In-depth hands-on configuration and implementation experience with SAP Payroll Control Centre (PCC). Must have: Strong foundational knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) module, including schema and rules, and a solid understanding of the end-to-end payroll process. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a highly desirable asset. Proficiency in SPRO (SAP Project Reference Object) configuration for PCC and related HCM areas. Familiarity with Web Dynpro for SAP UI customization is beneficial. Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (e.g., using HRFPC_SIMULATE) to troubleshoot PCC issues is a significant advantage. Knowledge of integration points with Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Finance (FI). Functional & Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex payroll issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical payroll staff. A process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on control, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project or support environment. Understanding of payroll compliance and auditing standards. Diploma or Bachelors Degree ( from Accredited University) Proven experience (3 years) in SAP HCM Payroll with a focus on PCC. Hands-on configuration experience in SPRO for PCC. Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll is a plus.
