Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bromley for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant functions. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, developing schedules, supporting front-of-house and back-of-house efficiency, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure high standards of guest experiences
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with staff and customers
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management related to inventory, service quality, and operational standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results
• Relevant work experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
