• ✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification – Essential

• ✅ Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential

• ➕ 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable

• ➕ Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
