This is an opportunity to join at the ground level of our Melbourne operations, working remotely to begin with, and later leading the transition into our Melbourne office as we establish our presence.

About the Role This is not a back-office or support role. You will be a

frontline performer , managing your own files, clients, and outcomes. You will manage:

Run commercial, litigation, construction, insolvency, property, and transactional matters from start to finish.

Engage directly with clients, counsel, and key stakeholders.

Represent Aditum Lawyers with presence, professionalism, and authority.

Help shape and grow our Melbourne office alongside the Principal.

Autonomy, variety, and responsibility come standard.

What We’re Looking For You will need to be:

An accomplished lawyer with 3+ years PAE in commercial litigation, construction, insolvency, or corporate transactions.

Sharp, commercially minded, and decisive.

Self-sufficient, disciplined, and capable of working independently while maintaining elite standards.

Client-focused, confident, and results-driven.

Someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to be rewarded accordingly.
