About the Role
We are looking for an
experienced Growth Marketing Manager
who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and take full ownership of the marketing function.
You will be the key person responsible for building the marketing strategy, managing the team, and driving company growth.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Cross-functional marketing team leadership
Manage a team of SMM specialists, media buyers, email marketers, and content creators
Create clear briefs and tasks for designers and copywriters
Coordinate workflows between Marketing ↔ Sales ↔ Product
Ensure quality and timely execution across all marketing activities
Content strategy & production
Develop and oversee the content strategy across all channels
Lead the creation of client case studies (we have 100+ success stories!)
Adapt marketing and educational content for new markets (EU, US)
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and content quality
Growth & lead generation
Plan and host webinars and educational events
Launch email sequences, tripwires, and marketing funnels
Set up chatbot automation flows (Telegram, website)
Build partnerships and collaborations to scale lead generation
Analytics & optimization
Track channel performance, CAC, CPL, and funnel metrics
Calculate campaign ROI and conversion improvements
Optimize active campaigns to improve CAC, LTV and retention
Build and refine CJMs and conversion funnels

Marketing team exists, but execution lacks consistency — we need a system
Sales launched in Europe (Finland, Germany) — marketing needs localization
Sales launched for English-speaking U.S. audiences — marketing must adapt
We have 100+ client case studies and podcast episodes ready for marketing use

Content
No consistent content production framework
Client case studies are produced irregularly
Need adaptation for new markets
Content quality must be stabilized and elevated

Team accountability and task ownership must be improved
Need transparent metric tracking for optimization
No unified coordination between Marketing ↔ Sales

Growth goal: 3Ă— in 6 months
Expansion into new markets (Finland, Germany)

Channel diversification and testing
What You Will Do
Strategy & Leadership (30%)
Build quarterly / monthly / weekly marketing plans
Manage and mentor SMM, email, and paid traffic teams
Write briefs and task descriptions for creatives and specialists
Run regular syncs with team and stakeholders
Prioritize initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
Content & Creative (25%)
Develop content strategy for SMM, email, webinars, landing pages
Lead the production of case studies and educational content
Work with designers and copywriters: briefs, quality review
Adapt content for different audiences and markets
Maintain a unified tone of voice
Lead Generation & Funnels (25%)
Plan and execute webinars end-to-end
Launch email campaigns, tripwires, and automated funnels
Build and optimize chatbot logic and conversion flows
Develop partnerships, media placements, and collaborations
Build CJMs and warming funnels
Analytics & Optimization (20%)
Analyze key metrics (CAC, CPL, conversions, ROI)
Produce channel and campaign performance reports
Optimize existing marketing activities based on data
Test new channels and hypotheses
Work with analytics tools (GA, CRM, marketing platforms)
Requirements
Must Have
Experience in EdTech or SaaS
— 2+ years
Strong understanding of how educational/SaaS funnels work
B2C marketing experience in career/learning segments
Experience with performance metrics and ROI-oriented marketing
High-growth startup experience
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Skilled in prioritization and multitasking
Experience contributing to 2x–3x growth
Marketing team management — 1+ year
Ability to assign and brief tasks clearly
Coordination of cross-functional stakeholders
Delegation and performance oversight
Tools & technical marketing skills
Email marketing (Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar)
Chatbots and automation funnels
Analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
SMM + paid advertising experience
Webflow / Figma / Notion for content collaboration
CJM & funnel expertise
Experience designing customer journey maps
Building content-based nurturing funnels
Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, conversion metrics
Strong Plus
Experience running webinars and online events
Copywriting and editing skills
Knowledge of U.S./EU job markets
Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation
Background in mission-driven or social impact projects
