Job Summary Pyyne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, skilled in Python and with experience developing solutions with LLMs to work as a Consultant out of our Brazilian Office. This is a high-impact role for Pyyne as we scale up our AI Services and onboard new and exciting clients in this sector.

A successful candidate in this role will be self-motivated and responsible for the full product lifecycle, from architecting scalable systems to rapid prototyping and experimentation. Key Responsibilities Architect & Build : Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade applications on AWS or GCP that serve as the backbone for our AI-powered products. Develop AI Solutions:

Implement and optimize sophisticated AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents, to solve complex client problems. Innovate & Experiment:

Rapidly prototype and experiment with cutting-edge LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and tool integration. Champion Code Quality:

Take ownership of the development lifecycle and champion best practices for writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code. Collaborate & Lead:

Work closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to shape the AI product roadmap and provide technical leadership.

Must Have Skills: Expert-Level Python:

3+ years of professional experience with deep, demonstrated expertise in Python and its ecosystem for building robust APIs and data-driven applications. Production Cloud Experience:

A proven track record of designing, building, and deploying scalable, production-grade applications on AWS or GCP. You are comfortable with core services like Lambda/Cloud Functions, S3/Cloud Storage, EC2/Compute Engine, etc. Hands-On AI Experience:

You have built and shipped at least one AI-powered feature or application, demonstrating your ability to translate AI concepts into real-world solutions. Engineering Excellence:

You are a self-starter who takes ownership, writes high-quality, maintainable code, and has a keen eye for detail.

Nice to Have Skills: Applied AI Development:

Hands-on experience developing solutions with LLMs (e.g. via OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere APIs) and/or agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK). AI Infrastructure:

Familiarity with services like AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI. Vector Databases:

Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and semantic search concepts. Modern DevOps:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
