Employee Relations Manager (FTC – 15 Months)
💰 Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional ready to lead a dynamic team and drive meaningful change? We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable ER Manager for one of our client to take the lead on complex casework, policy development, and positive employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of ER specialists to deliver high-quality case management support.
- Manage complex and high-risk ER cases, including tribunal preparation and strategic advice.
- Oversee the rollout of new employment legislation, ensuring policies and procedures remain compliant and forward-thinking.
- Drive a culture of early intervention and positive resolution, reducing the need for formal processes.
- Coach and empower managers to handle ER issues confidently and effectively.
- Partner across teams to design and deliver engaging ER training and guidance.
- Support organisational change projects including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE.
- Produce regular reports on case trends, status, and outcomes for senior stakeholders.
About You
You’re an experienced ER professional with a passion for creating positive workplace cultures. You bring:
- Degree or equivalent qualification (CIPD Level 7 or working towards).
- Proven experience leading an ER team and managing complex employee relations casework.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- A pragmatic, solution-focused approach to resolving issues and managing risk.
- Experience in policy development, change management, and tribunal preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, support, and develop team members.
