Bookeeper/ Payroll and Sales Tax Consultant - 3 Months

Employment Type Contract Location WATERLOO, Ontario Apply SHARE THIS JOB Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll for 95 Canadian employees (primarily salaried, with some contract and commission-based staff)

Ensure accurate commission payouts

Oversee and file sales tax remittances (basic-level knowledge required)

Assist with straightforward cash reporting tasks

General support in accounting operations typical of a small business setting TMGCT Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Accounting or Finance

Strong hands-on payroll experience in Canada – ADP WFN (ASSET)

Strong Excel skills

Comfortable managing commission structures and various employee types

Familiarity with sales tax remittances

Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple areas

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

A self-starter, self-directed and results driven
