We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown Neuro to provide high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in neuro stepdown nursing and be committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans. Participate in patient and family education, addressing questions and concerns. Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to ensure patient safety. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in a Neuro Stepdown or related specialty; travel experience will be considered. Valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. NIH Stroke Scale certification required. Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores during orientation. Why ARMStaffing?
