Solution Advisor Senior Specialist, HCM

What You'll Do

Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers

Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.

Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions

Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities

Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine‑tune account strategy

Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation

Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements

Transition engagement to implementation partner / Services teams effectively

Engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal

Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content

Focus on one or more of the following areas: Core HR and Payroll, Benefits and Administration, Talent Management and Optimization, Workforce Management, Employee Experience Management, HR Analytics and Workforce Planning

What You Bring

5+ years of relevant presales OR Human Capital Management experience involving customer installations or as a practitioner.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS is preferred

Working knowledge of SAP HCM On‑Premise is valued

Extensive knowledge/background in Human Capital Management end‑to‑end business processes

Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions

Experience exercising creative problem‑solving and pivoting to respond to questions, objections, and use cases.

Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions

Passion and energy in all customer interactions

Bilingual (English and French) preferred

Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Time Management experience preferred

The targeted combined range for this position is 133,300 - 285,200 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.

Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
