Recruitment Consultant - Spain

CNS Worldwide is an Executive Search Agency, founded in 2020, with operations in Singapore, London & Spain. We provide recruitment solutions to organizations looking to re-imagine their presence on European markets, venture into Asia or expand their business across continents globally. Our activities mainly focus on the Industrial Machinery Solutions, Food / Pharma & Agribusiness segments. Most of our clients are “Hidden Champions”: highly successful companies that design & manufacture niche and unique products.

We’ve reached the next phase in our organization’s development & are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant in Spain.

Description You’ll be working on international recruitment projects. Identifying, attracting & qualifying potentially relevant talent for specific assignments. Every project will have different requirements but a clearly defined process that you will take charge of. You’ll aim to build a (global) professional network & advise candidates on relevant employment opportunities within the industry. As you build your recruitment experience & industry expertise, this knowledge will be used to drive commercial activities.

Requirements An educational background in Human Resources or initial recruitment experience will be advantageous. Possessing good communication skills & an inquisitive personality. You remain structured & focused, working within a small team in a flexible environment. Excellent level of English. Already based on the Costa del Sol.
