Senior Salesforce Administrator - Remote

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Administrator, located in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain data visibility and permissions to keep data secure. Provide customer support and follow up on Salesforce issues. Load and manage data using tools like Data Loader. Create training materials and user manuals to help users. Perform regression testing to ensure the system works correctly after changes. Monitor and control Salesforce usage limits. Refresh sandboxes regularly for testing purposes.

Experience working with Salesforce on different platforms. ~1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. ~ Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management. ~ Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. ~ English proficiency at a B2 level or higher. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. ~ Desire to learn more about Salesforce.

Experience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
