Field services engineer

Hi Professionals, Please take a look at the below role and let me know if you are interested. Job: Field Support Engineer Location: Piacenza, Italy Contract Duration – 6 Months Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and health checks. Document all support activities, service reports, and issue resolutions. Coordinate with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting. Train users on new systems, equipment, and best practices. Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
