MAP Legal Recruitment is acting on behalf of a leading international law firm seeking to recruit an ambitious Leveraged Finance Lawyer (2–4 years’ PQE) to join its London team.

The Role:

You will be involved in a broad range of complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, often with a strong cross-border element. The team acts for a stellar roster of clients, including global banks, private credit funds, and alternative lenders, giving you access to some of the most dynamic and high-profile deals in the market.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years’ post-qualified experience in leveraged or acquisition finance
• Strong lender-side experience is essential
• Excellent academic background and training from a leading City or international firm
• Commercial awareness, technical excellence, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
