**Qualifications and experience required**·

Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment.·

Must have current licences – Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable)·

P&WC PT6 and Pilatus PC-12 type ratings, or with company support, be able to obtain them.·

Active, on-the-tools role requiring hands-on maintenance experience.·

Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment.·

Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily·

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.·

Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Persists and focuses on achieving objectives, even in difficult circumstances.·
