Management Information System Coordinator

OB DESCRIPTION - Lead (Sales)/MIS Coordinator Job Title: Lead (Sales) / MIS Coordinator Location: Remote Organization: The Language SKOOL Experience: 2–4 Years Budget: Up to 3 LPA (based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lead (Sales)/MIS Coordinator with strong sales support experience. The ideal candidate will manage and track leads, ensure timely follow-ups, support the sales team with data-driven insights, and maintain complete accuracy across CRM systems. This role acts as a critical link between marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and improved conversion outcomes.

Requirements MIS & Reporting ● Maintain, validate, and update sales data (leads, demos, conversions) with 100% accuracy across CRM and reporting dashboards. ● Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports, performance dashboards, and sales analyses.

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets Skills ● Proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query, and other advanced functions. ● Ability to automate repetitive tasks and derive meaningful insights from data.

CRM Management ● Ensure data accuracy and alignment across Zoho/Odoo and related reporting tools. ● Monitor lead flow, update statuses, and maintain CRM hygiene.

Sales Coordination & Support ● Collaborate closely with ASMs/SMs, operations teams, and channel partners for smooth communication, follow-ups, and order updates. ● Track sales progress, lead movement, and team performance.

Process Improvement ● Identify gaps in reporting and coordination, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. ● Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to improve systems and workflows.
