What We Do: We specialize in designing and configuring

eSIM profiles

for network operators. An eSIM (embedded SIM) profile, is a digital SIM card information file that allows mobile devices to connect to a cellular network without the need for a physical SIM card. This technology enables easier management, switching of network operators, and better security compared to traditional SIM cards. Our work involves providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. Our team is also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.

The Role: Data Delivery Manager reports to Head of Toolchain Management As a

Data Delivery Manager

, you’ll take ownership of all data records within the Digital Profile Factory (DPF) and define master data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities: Maintains ownership of all data records used or generated in the DPF Defines master data sources, storage tools, and user access right Determines data entry, modification, and flow across tools and processes Establishes and monitors a data governance framework to ensure that data is managed correctly, consistently, and securely Develops scalable data models that are optimized for operational (i.e., production) and analytical purposes and can be used to support business decisions Develops guidelines and procedures for data quality assurance and implementing mechanisms to monitor and improve data integrity (master-copy/slave specifications) Defines all data that is required/used/modified in as well as created within the DPF Defines where (in which process and with which tool) data is captured/entered, changed, or generated

Key Tasks: Data Management & Governance Design, implement, and continuously improve the DPF data architecture to support both current and future business requirements Define where and how data is captured, entered, changed, or generated, including responsibility and permissions for modification Implement data quality assurance mechanisms to monitor, correct, and prevent integrity issues Drive data integration solutions, ensuring information flows seamlessly across tools, platforms, and processes Data Analysis & Innovation Enable advanced data use cases through Analytics, and AI/ML solutions, ensuring the architecture supports requirements for volume, velocity, and variety Promote innovation in data usage to provide new business insights and competitive advantages Technology Selection & Evaluation Assess new data management and analytics technologies, recommending adoption where relevant Conduct architecture and technology reviews to ensure alignment with corporate standards and integration into existing landscapes Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory Work closely with the team, tool product owners, portfolio managers, to align data solutions with operational needs Advise on best practices for data architecture and management

Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 8–10 years of professional experience in data management, including at least 5 years in a Data Architect role, ideally within a complex organization Proven track record in developing and implementing data architecture strategies and data governance frameworks Strong expertise in database technologies, data warehousing, and Big Data technologies Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data architecture approaches (e.g., Data Lakes, Data Mesh) Excellent English language skills (Business proficient - native)
