Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using recruitment software. Stay updated on US recruitment regulations and market trends. Represent company values and culture as a brand ambassador. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
