Writing, testing & maintaing code for multi components in the Spotify backnd systm.

Bach deg (U.S.

or foreign equiv) in Comp Sci or a closely rel field & 7 yrs of exp in Software Engg or rel positn.

Must have 7 yrs of exp w/: prog in Java, Scala, Python prog languages & shell, SQL scripting; & sftware dvlpmnt for backnd systm usg Apollo, gRPC, protobuf, semantic-metrics, dependency injectn framewrks, & JUnit.

Must have 4 yrs of exp w/: sftware dvlpmnt for data engg using protobuf, avro, Scio, Flyte, & Luigi; designg & architectg of lrge distributd backnd systm & data system w/ tools such as Google Pub/Sub, Bigtable, Dataflow, Styx, Luigi, & BigQuery; & Operating lrge scale, hi performnce, always-on productn sftware systms usg tools like Grafana, Pagerduty, GCP Monitorg, & Kubernetes command line.

Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: automatic deploymnt of sftware systms using Jenkins or other mng CI/CD tools; Know of cloud computg tools & best practices, incl GCP toolings, Docker, IAM mgmt, & Kubernetes operatn; & Integratg multi sftware systms thru REST API design & GCP Pub/Sub queue system.

Sal: $189,592 - $274,443 /yr.
