Job Description

Perform intraoral and extraoral radiographic examinations (Periapical, Bitewing, OPG, CBCT, etc.) as requested by the dentist.

Prepare, operate, and ensure all radiology equipment functions properly.

Ensure the quality of radiographic results to support dental diagnostic needs.

Maintain patient safety by applying radiation protection principles (ALARA).

Record radiography results into the clinic’s computer system.

Maintain the confidentiality of patient data and radiographic results.

Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance on the X‑ray equipment used.

Implement occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures related to radiation and radiation protection in accordance with BAPETEN regulations.

Prepare monthly reports on radiography activities and radiation dose monitoring for clinics within the same company entity.

Job Qualifications

Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Radiology / Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy Engineering.

Possess a Radiation Protection Officer (PPR) certificate from BAPETEN (preferred).

Good understanding of dental radiography techniques and head–neck anatomy.

Detail‑oriented, communicative, disciplined, and able to work in a team.

Adheres to professional ethics and occupational safety regulations.
