We're seeking a talented Freelance Oracle EBS Forms & Reports Developer to join our dynamic team on a short-term project. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle Forms (10g/11g/12c) to create intuitive, responsive user interfaces for EBS modules like AP, AR, GL, and HRMS. - Build and optimize Oracle Reports (including BI Publisher) for generating accurate financial, operational, and analytical reports with advanced formatting and bursting capabilities. - Troubleshoot and debug existing Forms and Reports to resolve performance issues, ensuring seamless integration with EBS R12 (or equivalent) workflows. - Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). - Implement best practices for code migration, version control, and documentation to support future enhancements. - Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure scalability and compliance with Oracle standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Forms and Reports development. - Proficiency in Oracle Forms Builder, Reports Builder, and PL/SQL programming. - Strong knowledge of EBS architecture, including Oracle Database (11g/12c), Workflow, and Flexfields. - Experience with EBS R12 (preferred) or R11i upgrades/migrations. - Familiarity with tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, or JDeveloper for development and debugging. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Oracle EBS Development (e.g., OCA/OCP for Forms & Reports). - Exposure to Oracle APEX or Fusion Cloud for hybrid projects. - Experience with performance tuning using indexes, queries optimization, and EBS diagnostics. - Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and agile methodologies.
