SAP ABAP -HR Technical Consultant

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC HCM ABAP development and ABAP Workflow with demonstration experience in taking ownership and ensuring high quality solutions - Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Benefits Administration modules - Experience with HR info-types with the demonstrated experience in designing custom extensions. - Experience with SAP IDoc processing and interfaces with third party benefits providers - Experience with SAP ODATA V4 APIs and RESTful API programming. - Demonstrated understanding of ESS/MSS - 2+ years of experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Media & Entertainment experience would be ideal - SAP Certified Development – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 - SAP Certified Application – SAP HCM with ERP Experience with BTP CAPM and RAPM programming - Experience with SuccessFactors and understanding of EC (Employee Central) - Knowledge of implementing AI and ML solutions in SAP data space - SAP Certified Associate – SAP Integration Suite (CPI) - Experience with SAP API management in SAP Integration Suite. - Experience with JS, React JS, CSS, HTML, Groovy Scripts and CI/CD pipeline tools.
