Job Responsibilities

Prepare and manage sales‑related documents, including quotations, contracts, and proposals.

Ensure accurate data entry and management in CRM systems.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and events.

Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and suggest solutions to improve efficiency.

Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.

Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance trends.

Track sales metrics, targets, and pipelines to support strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

1+ years of experience in sales support, business operations, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
