SEN Learning Support Assistant Primary Reading (Experienced Preferred) Job Title: SEN Primary Learning Support Assistant Location: Reading Employer: Teaching Personnel Pay: 90- 110 Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in Reading primary schools. This role involves working with pupils who have autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties. Your Role: Provide 1:1 or small-group SEN support Help children access learning in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Support communication, behaviour and emotional development Work closely with SENCOs and teachers Ideal Candidate: Previous SEN or primary classroom experience strongly preferred Calm, patient and nurturing approach Passionate about supporting children with diverse needs Join our team of SEN professionals supporting primary schools across Reading.
