Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor & Housekeeping Associate

Location: Hanu Reddy Residences – Poes Garden & Wallace Garden

Salary: Based on experience

Housekeeping Supervisor – Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-office - Assign duties to housekeeping associates and ensure timely completion - Inspect rooms, linen, amenities, and hygiene standards - Train and guide team members to maintain service quality - Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates - Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities - Handle guest requests and complaints professionally - Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols

Housekeeping Associate – Key Responsibilities:

- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas - Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain cleanliness standards - Assist with laundry operations when required - Support room preparation for new check-ins and stay-over guests - Report maintenance issues to the supervisor - Follow housekeeping checklists and safety guidelines - Ensure polite interaction with guests

Qualifications

- Gender: Male (Preference) - Languages: Tamil, basic English - Age: Below 40 - Experience: Supervisor: 3–5 years in hotel or serviced apartment housekeeping; Associate: 1–3 years in housekeeping operations

Required Skills

- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or corporate housekeeping - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Physically fit and able to handle housekeeping tasks - Team player with a positive attitude - Flexible with shifts and weekend work
