KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES · Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements. · Managing design projects from concept development through to completion. · Developing and presenting project proposals. · Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client needs. · Client Interactions. · Ability to develop look and feel. · Co-ordination with consultants, client & vendors. · Preparing drawings, specifications and documents. · Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines. · Managing Project Teams. · Periodic Site visits when required. · Handover Documentation and Project closure. · Good Communication and Presentation skills. · Good Leadership Skills · Decision Making ability · Internal Co-ordination · Good PR Skills · Team Handling · Emotional Maturity
