We are looking for a
Service Desk
, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a
CLT
contract,
on-site (Turno 18h as 6h)
, in the city of
Londrina
.
In this role you will:
Must Have O365 – Spanish fluent.
Good to Have customer service – flexibility to work in case we need backup in the project
Take calls and Tickets from servicenow.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions.
Be available in case we need backup for work and cover other colleagues during shifts.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that end-users are satisfied with the support provided.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality.
