Housekeeping Supervisor – Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-office Assign duties to housekeeping associates and ensure timely completion Inspect rooms, linen, amenities, and hygiene standards Train and guide team members to maintain service quality Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities Handle guest requests and complaints professionally Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols

Housekeeping Associate – Key Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain cleanliness standards Assist with laundry operations when required Support room preparation for new check-ins and stay-over guests Report maintenance issues to the supervisor Follow housekeeping checklists and safety guidelines Ensure polite interaction with guests

Qualifications Gender: Male (Preference) Languages: Tamil, basic English Age: Below 40 Experience: Supervisor: 3–5 years in hotel or serviced apartment housekeeping; Associate: 1–3 years in housekeeping operations

Required Skills Previous experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or corporate housekeeping Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Physically fit and able to handle housekeeping tasks Team player with a positive attitude Flexible with shifts and weekend work
