Your Next Role: Production Supervisor (Blending Team) This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take charge of daily manufacturing operations, ensuring our products are blended efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the go‑to person for your team, driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and coordinating day‑to‑day blending operations to hit production targets.

Keeping everything compliant with GMP and OH&S standards.

Planning rosters, allocating resources, and supporting your team to perform at their best.

Collaborating with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth workflows.

Driving process improvements and making things better every day.

Managing documentation and reporting like a pro.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years’ experience in production or manufacturing (pharma or similar preferred).

Proven leadership skills – you know how to motivate and guide a team.

Strong knowledge of GMP and OH&S (APVMA experience is a big plus!).

Great problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach.

Excellent communication and a commitment to quality and safety.
