Analyst/Associate - Secondary Advisory

Venture Search have partnered with an exciting, boutique placement agent, who is looking to add to their successful and growing Secondary Advisory platform.

Responsibilities:

• Structuring Liquidity solutions for a range of GP & LP clients.
• Help lead and assist on the execution of both GP & LP led transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models to value fund interests.
• Gather and analyse information, produce a range of models and valuations.

Requirements:

• Experience within secondary investments or advisory.
• Good knowledge of PE regulatory & legal frameworks.
• Advanced Valuation & modelling skills.
• Experience in marketing & content documentation.
