About the Role
As Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll partner closely with our Managing Director and Director of Creative Design to lead the growth of BH Studios’ brand presence and client engagement strategy.
This role connects design, storytelling, and commercial strategy. Strengthening BH Studios’ presence as a leader in design and interiors, while actively driving new business opportunities and nurturing meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the studio’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy across all channels.
Proactively generate new business opportunities—quoting and onboarding new styling and design projects.
Be actively on the road meeting with agents, developers, and clients to foster strong relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Represent BH Studios with professionalism and authenticity, building brand trust within the design and property industries.
Partner with the Managing Director and Director of Creative Design to align marketing and sales efforts with project delivery and creative direction.
Oversee digital content, campaigns, and collaborations aligned with BH Studios’ aesthetic.
Build and nurture partnerships and media relationships to elevate brand visibility.
Track and report on sales performance, conversion, and marketing ROI.
About You
Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development within interiors, design, or property sectors.
Brings a proven and well‑established network of industry contacts (agents, developers, builders, and brand partners).
Confident in quoting and managing client pipelines from enquiry through to project conversion.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on initiative and a natural ability to connect.
Experienced in leading brand storytelling and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborative communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships and contributing to a dynamic creative team.
