Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Service Desk Specialist for a company in Amsterdam. As a Technology Concierge, you will:

Welcome and assist employees visiting the Technology Concierge desk

Help colleagues with computer and access issues

Support meeting room and conference technology (AV systems)

Reimage laptops and deploy them to end users following internal procedures

Troubleshoot and report IT incidents in ServiceNow

Provide basic training on end‑user tools and digital workplace solutions

Collaborate closely with your team to share knowledge and continuously improve processes
