Job Description

A major private‑sector provider in the transport, licensing and customer services sector is seeking an experienced Senior GTM Consultant to build and embed a structured, organisation‑wide Go‑To‑Market framework. This organisation delivers high‑volume services to millions of customers every year and is in the midst of modernising its commercial and customer experience functions—introducing new digital products, service enhancements and commercial offerings that require a more disciplined, repeatable and aligned GTM approach.

The Opportunity

Lead the design of a full end‑to‑end Go‑To‑Market framework suitable for a large, high‑volume private services environment.

Build a structured model for how new services, digital products and customer initiatives are launched.

Create governance pathways, decision gates and success metrics that give clarity and predictability to every launch.

Map out roles, responsibilities and RACI models across Marketing, Product, Commercial, Operations and Corporate Affairs.

Develop practical, reusable GTM tools including launch plans, messaging frameworks, readiness checklists and dashboards.

Establish the operating rhythm for the organisation, including weekly stand‑ups, workflow checkpoints and performance reviews.

Bring structure and discipline to an environment where multiple teams currently operate independently.

Provide hands‑on support to live launches happening during the engagement, ensuring teams are aligned and launch‑ready.

Deliver knowledge‑transfer workshops and documentation that enable sustainable adoption of the GTM framework after handover.

Play a key role in strengthening commercial outcomes by improving alignment, speed to market and customer experience.

About you

You’re an experienced GTM specialist with deep capability in building frameworks, operating models and launch processes.

You’ve worked in complex, service‑led or regulated environments where clarity and governance are essential.

You can step into ambiguity and quickly diagnose what’s missing, what’s unclear and what needs standardising.

You’re confident partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product and Operations.

You balance strategy with practicality — you can build the model and get in the trenches to make it work.

You create tools and templates that are simple, usable and suitable for large cross‑functional teams.

You understand how customer experience, digital readiness and operational uplift fit into a successful GTM approach.

You communicate clearly, influence respectfully and bring people on the journey.

You enjoy coaching teams, upskilling capability and leaving behind a system that continues to deliver without you.
